Ladies Skills Day Kicks Off with Sunshine and Success in Ammanford

It was an excellent day at Fu3l in Ammanford for the much-anticipated Ladies Skills Day, held in partnership with the Carmarthenshire Road Safety team. The weather played its part perfectly, staying dry just long enough to wrap up the event before the rain set in.

Held on Sunday, 25th May 2025, the event brought together a vibrant community of female riders, enthusiasts, and road safety professionals. With engines humming and the coffee bar buzzing, attendees enjoyed a mix of learning, networking, and light-hearted fun in a welcoming and empowering environment.

The day featured a range of engaging activities, from hands-on taster sessions to in-depth safety briefings. Experts from Dragon Rider Cymru, the DVSA Enhanced Rider Scheme, RoSPA, IAM RoadSmart, and Biker Down! Cymru were on hand to offer guidance and promote best practices in motorcycle safety.

Whether new to riding or with years of experience, participants had the chance to enhance their skills, connect with fellow riders, and explore new paths in their motorcycling journey. The team at Fu3l Tank also made sure no one left hungry, serving up excellent coffee and cake throughout the day.

A big thank you goes to the event organisers and all the road safety partners for delivering a day that was informative, inspiring, and above all, a celebration of women who ride.
